What Is Ultratech Tilefixo Royal NT?
Ultratech Tilefixo Royal NT is a cement-based, polymer-modified tile adhesive made by UltraTech, one of India’s most trusted cement brands. It is designed for thin-bed fixing of medium-format tiles and natural stones on floors and walls.
You mix it with clean water and spread it in a thin layer. It then grips the tile far better than a thick cement bed. It suits ceramic, clay, vitrified and basalt tiles, as well as natural stone. It can be used in dry and wet areas, indoors and outdoors.
In short, it is a modern replacement for the traditional mortar bed. It gives you a stronger bond with less material and a cleaner finish.
Key Features of Ultratech Tilefixo Royal NT
- Polymer-modified formula: Added polymers improve grip and bonding compared with plain cement mortar.
- Wide tile compatibility: Works with ceramic, clay, vitrified, basalt and natural stone tiles.
- Indoor and outdoor use: Suitable for floors and walls in both dry and wet areas.
- Flexible bed thickness: Can be applied in a 3 mm to 12 mm bed, which suits uneven surfaces too.
- Simple mixing: Needs roughly 24–27% clean drinking water by weight of the powder.
- Comfortable working time: Tiles should be fixed within 30 minutes of spreading the adhesive, which gives your mason time to place and adjust each tile.
- Safe to handle: Non-toxic and non-flammable.
- Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture. Always check the manufacturing date on the bag when buying.
Benefits for Customers
1. Stronger, longer-lasting bond. Tiles stay firmly fixed, which cuts the risk of popping, hollow spots and cracks over time.
2. Cleaner, faster work. A thin-bed application is neater than a thick cement bed. Your mason works faster and there is less mess on site.
3. Better finish. A uniform adhesive layer helps tiles sit level, so your floors and walls look professional.
4. Peace of mind. Retiling or repairing a bathroom or kitchen floor is expensive and disruptive. Using a quality adhesive at the start lowers that risk.
5. Trusted brand. UltraTech is a name people in Uttar Pradesh already know and trust.
Where Can You Use It?
- Living room, bedroom and hall flooring
- Kitchen walls and floors
- Bathroom and washroom tiling
- Balconies, terraces and outdoor areas
- Wall cladding with natural stone
- Tile-on-tile work, after checking that the old surface is sound and free of cracks
Tips for the Best Results
Even the best product needs correct application. Keep these points in mind:
- Clean the surface and remove oil, dust and loose material before you start.
- Make sure the base is firm and level.
- Add the powder to the measured water while stirring continuously, and avoid adding extra water later.
- Use a notched trowel to spread the adhesive evenly.
- Fix the tiles within 30 minutes of spreading, and press each one down firmly.
- Leave proper joints and fill them later with a suitable grout.
Ask your mason to follow these steps and the result will be noticeably better.
